These terms cover this website. Use of the Bnm platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement with each school.

Draft for review. These terms are a working draft. Items marked like this need real company details, and the document should be reviewed by a legal adviser before you rely on it.
1. About these terms
This website at www.bnmbnm.co.uk is operated by Bnm, a company registered in England and Wales, company number [company number], registered office [registered address].
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is for
This site describes our products and services and provides a way to contact us. It is provided for information. Nothing on it constitutes a contractual offer, and nothing on it is professional, legal or educational advice.
3. Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it is complete. Product descriptions reflect our intentions at the time of writing; features may change as the product develops. Where something is planned rather than delivered, we aim to say so — if you find somewhere we have not, please tell us and we will correct it.
Screenshots and interface illustrations on this site use sample data. They do not depict real students.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice. Service levels for the Bnm platform are dealt with in the relevant customer agreement, not here.
5. Acceptable use
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use, or for use within your school or organisation in connection with evaluating or using our services.
You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service;
- scrape or systematically extract content to build a competing product or a database;
- reproduce, republish or exploit our content commercially without our written permission.
Good-faith security research is welcome and is not a breach of this section. Please report findings to security@bnmbnm.co.uk and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it. We will not pursue researchers who act in good faith.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos, code and the arrangement of them — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Bnm name and logo are our trade marks. Using them without permission is not permitted.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience or reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that: we exclude all implied conditions and warranties relating to this website to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
This section applies to this website. Our liability in relation to the Bnm platform is set out in the applicable customer agreement.
9. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data, including student data processed on behalf of schools.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
