Found a vulnerability? Report it here and we will acknowledge receipt. We will not pursue researchers who act in good faith and give us reasonable time to fix an issue.
Response times
We aim to reply within two working days in term time. During school holidays it may take a little longer — if something is urgent, say so in the subject line.

What happens after I get in touch?
One of us replies — not an automated sequence. If a demo makes sense we will find thirty minutes, and we will ask for your scheme of work in advance so we can show the platform against your actual curriculum rather than a generic sample.
Can I get pricing without a call?
Yes. Send us your year groups, approximate student numbers and the subjects you are interested in, and we will email a written quotation. A call is useful but it is not a condition of getting a price.
I'm a parent, not a school. Can I sign up?
Not at the moment — we currently work with schools rather than individual families. If your child's school might be interested, we are happy for you to point them at us, or to answer a question about how we handle your child's data if their school already uses Bnm.
Are you hiring?
We are a small team and open roles come and go. If you have taught, or you build software carefully and care about this problem, write to hello@bnmbnm.co.uk and tell us what you would want to work on. We read everything, though we cannot always reply quickly.
